I began working in pediatric dentistry when I was in my early twenties, so the transition to orthodontics was a natural one. I have been at Aurora Orthodontics since 2006 and have varied roles in the office from Accounting to Human Resources. I have also received Dr. Lauson’s treatment for TMJ dysfunction and am so grateful that it has resolved most of my problems. When I am not working, I love spending time with my wonderful husband and two children. I enjoy reading, cycling, traveling and family outings in our new camper.

I started working for Aurora Orthodontics in 1996. I have had the opportunity to work in many areas of the office which has helped to enhance my current roll as New Patient coordinator. As our treatment coordinator, I help our patients understand their treatment plan and the benefits of undergoing orthodontic treatment. I am most excited about 2 areas of treatment, the early intervention program and the TMD treatment. I have been married to my husband Keith for 20 years and we have 4 wonderful children. I graduated from Colorado Christian University in 1995 with a youth ministries/family counselling degree and a minor in Biblical studies. I enjoy working with the Jr High kids at our church and playing games with my family. I look forward to serving you and working together to create great smiles with a truly healthy and stable result.

Welcome to our website! I have been at Aurora Orthodontics since 2008. I changed my career path when I was 40 years old and went into orthodontics and have greatly enjoyed it ever since. I love working with the whole Aurora Orthodontics team. We have very pleasant patients that seem to love coming to our office. On weekends, I love spending time with my husband, Matt, and our four-legged, one-eyed bandit Eddie – the naughtiest lab on the planet. We enjoy our time spent in the mountains at our log cabin.

I have been employed at Aurora Orthodontics since June 2008 and have found it to be very interesting. I have enjoyed meeting, and value working with, our many nice patients as well. Dr. Lauson is an excellent orthodontist and the staff is professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking and camping with my husband Carroll and our dogs Bailey and Finn.

I began working in the field of orthodontics in 1995 with a practice in North Carolina. Our family moved to the great state of Colorado in 2003. I began working with Dr. Lauson in 2005 and I have enjoyed serving in several capacities; in the clinic, with taking diagnostic records on patients, and in the administrative area. My time in the office is never boring! I am happily married to Todd and have two wonderful children: Claire and Kurt. We have a cat, dog and a bearded dragon. I enjoy the outdoors, various crafts, reading and spending time with my family. My life is going to be extra busy as I have recently enrolled in college courses with the goal of obtaining a degree.

Hi, my name is Jessica and I’m an orthodontic technician. I have been in the dental field for over 15 years. I first started in general dentistry and have been in the orthodontic field since 2009. When I’m away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I really enjoy working with my team and patients at AOTMJ!

I have been at Aurora Orthodonics & TMJ over a year now. I have an 18-year history in the dental field. Massage therapy is a second career for me and I always intended to focus on TMJ work. Working with Dr. Lauson has been a wonderful opportunity for growth and knowledge. I love helping to facilitate Dr. Lauson’s treatment with amazing results. In my spare time, I love to travel with my boyfriend in search of fun, food and experiences. I also play around with photography. The photo in the massage room is ever changing depending on my most recent adventure.

I have worked at the Front Desk for Aurora Orthodontics since January 2006. I enjoy getting to know our patients and parents and hopefully making them feel special and at home. I have been through TMD treatment and am so happy at the difference it has made. It is amazing how the alignment of the bite and the jaw affect the entire body. I have three grown sons and 3 grandchildren. I love being a Nana! In my spare time, I enjoy refinishing furniture, decorating, and various crafts.
